A Chinese American first-generation immigrant, artist, dancer, healer. My background is in:

I have spent the past five years traveling around Southeast and East Asia, living in and building intentional communities based in somatic, creative, and land-based practices. My personal practice blends somatic meditation with lovingkindness witnessing to deepen awareness and sense of agency in moving through the world, bit by bit.
