Silent & Slow: A Day Without Words
Contemplative Silent Arts Retreat
Location: The Hidden Temple in Florence, MA

The intention of this day-long event is to deepen and support connection, collaboration, creativity, and wonder without words. Participants agree to maintain noble silence for the duration of the event, in addition to turning off cellular and other electronic devices. If you are seeking quiet sanctuary away from all the noise and stimulation, a deepened sense of presence and connection, or inspiration for creative ways of being, this day offers an opportunity to nourish yourself deeply. The schedule includes guided meditation, breathwork, and an embodiment session. Plant-based lunch and snacks are included in this event.
